ERRE & Urrechu (Gran Meliá)

We took our cue from the concept of embers, using a palette of warm greens alongside ochres and beiges, which worked very well with the surroundings and the chocolate-coloured tones of the hotel’s uniforms. Other details that complement this textile branding include the chosen textures and the leather accents, as well as the scarf featuring a unique print. Finally, we added some gold accents to reflect the sophistication of the setting. The waiters’ uniform consists of a sophisticated white shirt with branded details on the sleeve, khaki trousers and a two-tone apron. For the maître d’ and head waiter roles, we opted for suits in beige or pale green, paired with a neckerchief and lightweight blazers in shades of green. ERRE is a grill restaurant led by master grill chef Íñigo Urrechu who, together with the Gran Meliá team, is bringing this culinary experience to life in Barcelona. Located in the hotel lobby, this grill restaurant takes great care in selecting its ingredients, prioritising seasonal organic vegetables, fish and the finest cuts of meat. Its wine list features over 200 wines.
