El Pimiento Verde
Green by nature. Caracter by design

The challenge was to adapt El Pimiento Verde’s visual identity to its staff uniforms, creating a collection consistent with the aesthetics of the dining areas whilst distinguishing between different roles and venues.

The collection shares a common visual style, but incorporates variations depending on the establishment and the responsibilities of each role. At La Terraza, waiters wear a white shirt with embroidery on the back of the collar, almond green trousers and a green apron with the embroidered logo. For managers, the uniform comprises khaki trousers and a white shirt, along with two options that allow the look to be adapted to service conditions: a green jacket in winter and a brown waistcoat in summer. The jacket also serves a practical purpose, as managers need to move around outdoor areas during service. At La Taberna, the collection retains the same colour scheme but is adapted to the establishment’s operations. Waiters wear a short, muted green poly-cotton twill apron, whilst managers maintain a distinct look without the need for a jacket.
To transform El Pimiento Verde’s visual identity into a collection that integrates the teams into the aesthetic of its restaurants.
