Walking the city

Beyond the design itself, the main challenge of the project was to improve the management of the uniforms. Cetina needed a solution capable of ensuring swift restocking and efficient operations. From an aesthetic point of view, the aim was to create a collection inspired by a contemporary, youthful and smart style, whilst maintaining a timeless and functional look for all the hotel’s teams.

The collection stems from an idea closely linked to the essence of the brand: walking through the city. Two creative directions have been developed around this concept. The first, Heritage Walker, explores relaxed tailoring with Mediterranean inspiration, where textures, craftsmanship and local architecture come together to create a warm and approachable look. The second, Smart Walker, translates that same spirit into a more urban and contemporary aesthetic, focusing on lightweight, functional garments designed for constant movement. The result combines both creative directions into a balanced collection, built around a new colour palette — Cetina blue and yellow, olive green, camel and ivory — which gives the brand a more solid and recognisable visual identity. One of the project’s greatest achievements was the development of truly unisex trousers. Designed to offer a good fit for both men and women, they made it possible to standardise product codes, simplify stock management and speed up restocking. A seemingly simple decision that encapsulates the project’s philosophy: to design garments that not only enhance the brand’s image, but also improve the way in which uniforms are managed on a day-to-day basis.

To transform the idea of exploring the city into a collection that supports the team with comfortable, versatile and stylish garments, combining Cetina’s urban essence with the practical needs of everyday life.
